• As members of the Non-Advocate Review Board, Mega-Tech personnel provided an independent cost estimate, schedule and risk assessment for decommissioning the NASA/Plumbrook reactor.
• Mega-Tech conducted a study of then management and technical organization's potential effectiveness in performing the decommissioning of the NASA Plum Brook Reactor Facility.
• Mega-Tech also prepared an independent Plum Brook Reactor decommissioning cost estimate and schedule.
